Kafunda runs your ISP. You tell it what you want.

Speak or type from your phone. Kafunda works across MikroTik sites, customer access, MTN and Airtel Mobile Money, and your operator wallet, then shows you exactly what it did.

Agent-first by default. Full dashboards and direct controls remain available.

Kafunda Agent

Good morning, Grace. Here is what happened overnight.

Working

41 subscribers renewed overnight

Done

UGX 2,300,000 collected. Access restored after every confirmed payment.

Site 3 is back online

Verified

The uplink recovered at 05:35. I checked the tunnel and customer sessions.

Seven subscribers still have not renewed

I nudged them twice. Suspend access now or give them until Friday?

Tell Kafunda what you want...

Tell it what you need

It acts across money and network

Every action stays visible

An agent that can do the work

This is not a chatbot beside a dashboard. The agent has permissioned capabilities across the operating system of the ISP.

Tell it what you want

Ask in plain language from the phone already in your hand. Kafunda turns the outcome into the right network, customer or revenue operation.

It does the work

The agent can act across mobile money, subscriptions, vouchers, sessions and MikroTik control because those capabilities share one operating core.

It starts before you ask

Recurring work and emerging problems come to the operator with evidence and a proposed response instead of waiting behind another page.

You stay in control

Every action states what happened, why it happened and what changed. Sensitive work asks for approval, and full direct controls remain available.

Collections continue while you sleep

The first autonomous workflow owns the moment revenue usually leaks: between a subscription approaching expiry and the customer reconnecting.

Step 1

The agent sees the lapse coming

Kafunda identifies a subscription approaching expiry before the customer loses access.

Step 2

It reaches the customer

The customer receives a timely message and a direct way to pay through MTN or Airtel Mobile Money.

Step 3

It closes the loop

Kafunda confirms payment, restores access, updates the wallet and tells the operator what it completed.

Why the agent can act, not just answer

Kafunda can act because it owns the joined path between payment, entitlement, RADIUS, sessions and the MikroTik router.

Evidence before action

The agent works from payment, entitlement, session and site-health records, and reports when the evidence is insufficient.

Permissioned capabilities

Authority is bounded by organisation, operation and risk. High-impact work remains confirm-gated until it earns greater autonomy.

MikroTik-deep control

Router-to-cloud connectivity gives the agent real reach without public IPs, port forwarding or destructive router configuration.

Full visibility remains

Dashboards, graphs and direct controls stay available when the operator wants the whole picture or chooses to act manually.

Pricing

The agent is part of the operating platform. Kafunda earns when customer collections succeed, rather than charging for a longer feature checklist.

Standard platform fee

8%

of confirmed customer collections

The fee is calculated when a customer payment succeeds. Your organisation's applicable rate is confirmed before mobile money collection is enabled.

Example

On UGX 1,000,000 in confirmed customer collections, the standard Kafunda fee is UGX 80,000.

Frequently asked questions

What operators need to know before giving Kafunda responsibility for network and revenue work.

Kafunda Agent is the default way to run the operation. The operator states an outcome by text or voice; the agent uses permissioned capabilities across payments, customer access and the MikroTik network, then records what it did.

It can monitor the operating state, answer questions from joined evidence, carry out bounded work and initiate recurring workflows such as subscriber renewal. Higher-impact actions require operator approval.

Every action is bound to the operator's organisation and an explicit capability. The activity record shows the evidence, what changed and whether the result was verified. The agent reports an unknown outcome when it cannot confirm success.

Yes. Dashboards, graphs, detail views and direct controls remain available. The agent is the default interface, not the only one.

Kafunda supports MikroTik routers running RouterOS 7.x. The router creates its own secure connection, so NAT, CGNAT, LTE and changing WAN addresses do not require port forwarding.

The standard platform fee is 8% of confirmed customer collections. Your organisation's applicable rate is confirmed before customer collection is enabled.
