And the rest of the operation

The parts every operator needs and nobody wants to build

Icon

The agent

Tell Kafunda what you want, in the channel you already use. It chases lapsed subscribers, restores paid ones, and reports what it did. Nobody types a form.

Icon

Alerts and reporting

Site-offline detection, SMS and email escalation, and a public status page, so you hear about an outage from us, not from an angry customer.

Icon

Fleet and team management

Run one site or twenty from the same account. Add team members, technicians and resellers with the access each one actually needs.

Icon

Your own captive portal

Branded with your name and logo, presenting only the payment methods your customers actually have.

Pricing

8% of collections. Published, not gated behind a sales call.

Question & Answer

What operators ask before switching

Ask us

No. Kafunda never requires inbound access to your router. Your MikroTik reaches out to us on its own, so a shared address or a changing internet address are not a problem.

Yes. Everything Kafunda creates on your router is marked as ours and removed cleanly if you decommission it. It never touches your existing setup, so you can run it side by side with whatever you use today.

MikroTik, on RouterOS 7. Committing to one vendor is what lets setup, diagnostics, speed and access controls and billing all live at the same depth, rather than each one stopping at what every vendor has in common.
